SSTRM Human and Systems Integration Technical Workshop

The fifth Soldier Systems Technology Roadmap (SSTRM) technical workshop was on “Human and Systems Integration.”  It was held on September 21 and 22, 2010 in Gatineau, Canada.  We provide below two presentations.  The first is by Ms. Linda Bossi, and the second is by Mr. Dave Tack from HUMANSYSTEMS®. After the workshop, the Technical Sub-Committee for the HSI Technical Domain further refined all the available information and organized it into the following three broad themes of primary importance to the future soldier (note that the theme numbers follow from the previous Technical Domains):

  • Theme 18:  Physical Integration
  • Theme 19:  Perceptual/Cognitive Integration
  • Theme 20:  System Architecture and Interoperability
